Ordering Online

Site Security – Is your web site secure?

Shopping with your credit card with PISHPOSHBABY is guaranteed to be safe and secure.

We take extensive steps to process thousands of Internet transactions securely and safely. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for securing credit card transactions over the Internet. 

This software encrypts all your personal information into an unrecognizable code that is securely transmitted from you to us. When this encrypted information reaches our secure server, we translate it back to its original form and store it safely offline and inaccessible through the Internet. 

To continue our commitment to your security, every credit card processed is run through an address verification process to verify that the card is registered to the billing address on the order.

Can I place my order over the phone?

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, & PayPal. PayPal offers a unique Bill Me Later option - enjoy no payments and no interest if paid in full in 6 months on Bill Me Later purchases of $99 or more.We also offer AfterPay, which works with 4 biweekly payments over 2 months, and Affirm, which allows interest-free financing for up to 24 months. (Rates from 0–36% APR. Payment options through Affirm are subject to an
eligibility check and are provided by these lending weeks.)

Confirmation of orders

After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get a confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, send an email to customerservice@pishposhbaby.com and we'll get you set up.

Tracking - can I track my package?

When your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information (if available). 

What is your Pre-Order Policy?

All items that are available for pre-order will be shipped at the earliest possible time. Your credit card will be charged at checkout. As we receive more information about the arrival of the product, we will update you. Once your product has shipped, you will receive the tracking number immediately.

Website Mistake

PishPosh Baby reserves the right to deny an order or cancel an order based on an error on our site, whether in price, details, or stock status.

Coupon Codes

PishPoshBaby only allows the usage of 1 coupon or promotional code per order. PishPoshBaby reserves the right to deny the combination of two promotions.

Many manufacturers prohibit us from allowing discounts or coupons to be used on their products, including but not limited to 7am, Austlen, BabyZen, Bob, Boon High chair, Britax, Bugaboo, Chicco, Clek, Cybex, Doona, Halo, Nuna, Quinny, Silver Cross, Stokke, Tula, Veer, Maxi Cosi, Mima, Nook, Uppababy, Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, e-gift cards, and items that are already on sale.

Many times heavily discounted products are excluded from coupon codes as well. If you are trying to use a coupon on a product you believe should be eligible, give us a call and we can try our best to help you out with getting the best price possible.

Note that there is a $30 order minimum for the WELCOME10 coupon code.

Gift Certificates

PishPoshBaby Gift Certificates are redeemable online and do not expire. You do not have to use the entire value of the gift certificate at one time; Any unused balance will remain on the card. Please be sure to treat this card as if it were cash, as it is not replaceable if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates are stackable. If you are using more than one Gift Certificate please put a comma in between each Gift Certificate. Example XXX, XXX… Gift Cards may only be used on new purchases.

All gift cards are final sale.

Price Adjustments

PishPosh Baby reserves the right to honor a price adjustment to a lower price on our website within 7 days of purchase, or decide not to. Many companies, such as Bugaboo, Uppababy, Baby Jogger, etc, do not allow us to honor price adjustments when they allow their products to go on sale. Price Adjustments will be denied after 7 days of order date. To file a claim for a price adjustment, email priceadjustments@pishposhbaby.com with your order number and a screenshot of the lower price you found on pishposhbaby.com. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive a response as we look into your inquiry.

Furniture FAQS

Quality:

All of our furniture is beautifully made and features incredible craftsman inspired details. Our furniture meets or exceeds all the mandatory safety standards. Each piece of furniture has been hand selected by our Baby Gear Experts for its uniqueness.

Shipping Info:

Furniture can be shipped within the continental US. Assembly is NOT included. Please also note that all deliveries over $400 are signature required. You will receive tracking info when available.

Returns:

All furniture is final sale and not returnable. No additional discounts or coupons can be applied to sale items . Pishposhbaby gift cards may be applied to this order. Please note, orders can still be canceled or revised prior to leaving our warehouse. However, once the item/s leaves our warehouse, we will not be able to process any changes or returns/refunds. We will not be able to accept returns on these items unless item purchased is damaged upon receipt. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment, upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. If the furniture has noticeable damage, please do not accept the delivery. Damaged goods will be refunded. Warranty defers according to manufacturers.

Furniture Finish:

The components and makeup of the furniture which we offer varies. With the 100% solid wood furniture pieces that we offer you can expect to see various nuances such as minor differences in color finishes as well as slight imperfections due to the nature of the wood used to produce these exceptional pieces.

With this understanding, please take care to protect and preserve your furniture according to furniture care tips included in the care and maintenance guide.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders over $75.00*.  All orders under 75.00 will pay a flat $6.95 shipping fee.


We ship to the 48 contiguous states. 

Delivery times

If your order is received, the inventory is in stock, and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order, here is what you can expect: See Map here

UPS Ground: 

- If your order is in stock and is placed Monday-Thursday, before 12:00 P.M. EST, and Friday before 12 P.M. EST, your order will usually leave our facility the same day you order it. Orders placed over the weekend for in stock items will ship out on Monday. To judge how long it will take UPS to get your package from our facility to your doorstep, you can visit UPS.com. We ship from zip code: 08701, or see the map below:

IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: At certain times of the year (Black Friday, etc), we experience a high volume of sales and shipping may take longer than expected. If you need an order by a specific date, please inquire as to when you can expect your order.

PishPosh cares about the environment and consolidates your order to fit in one or two packages. This also helps us avoid lost packages and extra fees. If you do wish to have every part of your in its original packaging - be sure to note it when placing your order.

UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days when UPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.

*We insure all packages that leave our facility. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf with UPS.

UPS will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable or refused, there will be a $12.50 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. Our "actual shipping costs" are not the $6.95 charge for orders under $75.

Method of Delivery

The majority of items are shipped via  UPS, but for larger items we might use specialized freight carriers. 

Where we ship

USA

We ship to the contiguous 48 States. We're sorry, but we do not ship to APO or AFB addresses and PO boxes.

We reserve the right to only ship if billing info is same as the ship to.

International Shipping

Many countries have strict product standards that must be met in order to sell within their country. Many products sold in the United States don't meet requirements in any other country. As a result, we are prohibited from shipping products to countries aside from the US, including the Stokke product line.

If you do wish to arrange shipping to an address in the US, we recommend shipping to a friend, relative, or a forwarding company, such as BongoUS , who will then forward the package to you.

How to Track?

When your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information (if available).

Signature Required

For the benefit of our customers, all deliveries over $400 are signature required.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be happy with your order! If you'd like to return your order simply email us or call us within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund. 

There are No Restocking Fees! Once your return request is approved, you may ship the order back to us using any carrier you prefer (UPS, FedEx, USPS). You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Just make sure to include your RMA # in the reference field so that it will appear on the return label 

Exceptions and Clarifications:

1. Products must be returned to us in brand new condition, unused, and in their original packaging. 

2. We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized or special ordered. Items that are special order, clearly state it on our website.

3. Sale, Clearance, open box, and discontinued items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. PishPoshBaby reserves the right to deny a return on a heavily discounted item. We apologize but purchases made during Black Friday / Cyber Monday season are not eligible for return.

4. Furniture items and mattresses are not returnable.

5. If you placed an order using the points that you received from your previous order than the original first purchase cannot be returned.

Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Credits can only be refunded to the same credit card the purchase was made on. If an item was purchased as a gift, we can either refund the original credit card or an exchange can be made. Any return received by our warehouse later than 2 weeks after the return process was initiated, will be subject to a 15% late return fee.

All items are under the manufacturer's warranty. Most manufacturers do not allow us to carry any parts or take back defective items, but we are here to help! If an item arrives or becomes damaged within the warranty timeframe, we will help guide you on how to contact the manufacturer to initiate a claim. If you have any trouble after filing a claim, please do reach out to us and we will get involved to make sure that you are taken care of. We value our customers for life and want to ensure that everything you purchase from PishPosh Baby is something you love.

Open Box

What is an open box product?

A product that is new, usused and in its original packaging however, the box may look damaged.

*Please note open boxes are final sale and cannot be returned. Click here to shop all open boxes.

Rentals

What is my rental period?

The rental period varies depending on the item. This can be seen on the rental product page and at checkout. 

Your rented item is on a subscription model. This means, your rental period is automatically renewed. 

Your subscription will stop once the item has been dropped off at your nearest UPS or FedEx center.

Can I purchase my rental?

Of course! You can purchase your rental at any time. We suggest the latest you should purchase the item is 1 (one) day prior to your rental subscription renewal. 

If you purchase the item on the day of your rental subscription renewal, you will be charged for the renewal. 

To make the purchase, go to your rental account and select ‘buy’.

How are the number of days in a rental counted?

We begin counting the days once you receive the item. This will be considered day #1.

What is the Service Fee?

The standard ‘Service Fee’ at check-out includes rental refurbishment and minor damage cover.

All items need to go through a vigorous refurbishment process to meet our high rental standards. This includes: cleaning,  vacuuming, sanitizing, drying, reassembly and repackaging.

What is the deposit fee?

There is a standard deposit fee on all rented items. 

All items with a  retail price of under $200 will incur a twenty five dollar ($25) deposit fee. Items over $200 will be subject to a fifty dollar ( $50) deposit fee.   

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect it within 5-10 business days. 

If the items pass inspection, we will promptly proceed with your deposit refund. The full deposit will be refunded to the original method of payment. 

Note: Should the item be returned with damages or require replacement costs, we reserve the right to deduct any monies from your deposit and as per our rental agreement.

What is your cleaning/refurbishment process?

Each item undergoes a rigorous 6 stage cleaning process. This includes: cleaning using water and mild detergents, vacuuming wet or dry, sanitizing using hot and pressurized steam cleaners, drying, reassembly and repackaging. Quality control tests are conducted throughout the different stages. All materials are plant based, dye-free and scent free.

If you need to wash the item, please follow the washing instructions on the product label and can also be found in the product instruction manual.

How do I return my rental?

Please print the return label from your Rental Account. 

Note : if there are multiple items being returned, we request that you create a return label per item.  

Your subscription will automatically renew until the Item has been dropped off at the local UPS or FedEx drop-off center and on its way back to our warehouse. 

We ask that you please return all items in its original packaging! 

If you don’t have the original package, please ensure the item is securely repackaged to avoid return damages.

What happens if the item is returned with defects and/or damages?

We ask that you please keep the original packaging! 

You are responsible for the item once it is delivered to you. It must be returned in the condition it was received. Please do not allow smoking near any of the equipment as fibers and plastics can absorb the odor. 

If the item is returned with defects and damages we will deduct the costs from your deposit. 

Damages include : stains, tear, spoilage, loss of parts and other damages that can be repaired so the item remains rentable. 

However, if the item is lost, stolen or redeemed ‘unusable’ due to defects and damages you will be charged for the full retail price.
