From what age can I start to use my Uppababy BabyGanoosh Footmuff?

The Uppababy Baby Ganoosh can be used from newborn until Toddler. The Ganoosh only goes up to the chin of a baby, so you may want to use a blanket with it as well.

Is the BabyGanoosh easy to install?
