To continue our commitment to your security, every credit card processed is run through an address verification process to verify that the card is registered to the billing address on the order.

Can I order over the phone?

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover as forms of payment. We are have added Paypal as a form of payment as well. PayPal offers a unique Bill Me Later option - Enjoy No Payments and No Interest if paid in full in 6 months on Bill Me Later purchases of $99 or more.   It is our policy to not charge your card until we confirm that your order has shipped. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but it is an authorization

Online Order Status (Tracking info and more)

When you place an order with us, you will receive a link that will allow you to track your order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information (if available).

Confirmation of orders

After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get an confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email and we'll get you set up.

PreOrder Policy

All items that are available for pre-order will be shipped at the earliest possible time. Your credit card will not be charged until the time that the item ships unless you request otherwise*. As we receive more information about the arrival of the product, we will update you. Once your product has shipped, you will receive the tracking number immediately.

*PayPal is an exception. They are an outside party and as such transfer funds on their own terms.

Price Matching

As moms ourselves, we know how much a new parent spends on their new baby, however we do not have a Price Match policy at this time.

In regard to price adjustments, we reserve the right to honor a price adjustment within 7 days of purchase, or decide not to. Many companies, such as Bugaboo, Uppababy, etc, do not allow us to honor price adjustments when they allow their products to go on sale.

PishPoshBaby reserves the right to deny an order based on an error on our site.

Coupon Codes

PishPoshBaby only allows the usage of 1 coupon or promotional code per order. PishPoshBaby reserves the right to deny the combination of two promotions.

Price Adjustments

PishPoshBaby reserves the right to honor a price adjustment within 7 days of purchase, or decide not to. Many companies, such as Bugaboo, Uppababy, Baby Jogger, etc, do not allow us to honor price adjustments when they allow their products to go on sale. Price Adjustments will be denied after 7 days of ordering. Email priceadjustment@pishposhbaby.com for any inquiries.

Shipping

USA 

Free shipping on all orders over $75.00.  All orders under 75.00 will pay a flat 12.95 shipping fee.  There are very few items on which we charge an additional oversize fee.
We ship to the 48 contiguous states.

Delivery times

 If your order is received, the inventory is in stock, and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order, here is what you can expect:

Fedex Ground:

- If your order is placed M-T, before 2:30 P.M. EST, and F before 12 P.M. EST, your order will usually leave our facility the same day you order it. To judge how long it will take Fedex to get your package from our facility to your doorstep, you can visit Fedex.com. We ship from zip code: 08701, or see the map below:



IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: At certain times of the year (Black Friday, etc), we experience a high volume of sales and shipping may take longer than expected. If you need an order by a specific date, please inquire as to when you can expect your order.

PishPosh cares about the environment and consolidates your order to fit in one or two packages. This also helps us avoid lost packages and extra fees. If you do wish to have every part of your in its original packaging - be sure to note it when placing your order.

Fedex does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days when Fedex is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.

*We insure all packages that leave our facility. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf with Fedex.

The majority of items are shipped via  Fedex, but for larger items we might use specialized freight carriers.

Returns & Exchanges



We want you to be happy with your order! If you'd like to return your order simply email us or call us within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund, less the cost incurred when shipping your order to you.

There are No Restocking Fees! Once your return request is approved, you may ship the order back to us using any carrier you prefer (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Just make sure to include your RMA # in the reference field so that it will appear on the return label!

Exceptions and Clarifications:

1. Products must be returned to us in brand new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized or special ordered.

3. Clearance, discontinued or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. PishPoshBaby reserves the right to deny a return on a heavily discounted item.

Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Credits can only be refunded to the same credit card the purchase was made on. If an item was purchased as a gift, we can either refund the original credit card or an exchange can be made.

All items are under the manufacturer's warranty. If an item arrives or becomes damaged within the warranty timeframe you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve. We are not authorized to repair or take back defective products.

Where we ship

USA

We ship to the contiguous 48 States. We're sorry, but we do not ship to APO addresses and PO boxes.

We reserve the right to only ship if billing info is same as the ship to.

International Shipping

Many countries have strict product standards that must be met in order to sell within their country. Many products which we sell in the United States does not meet the requirements for any other country but the U.S. As a result, we are prohibited from shipping products to countries outside of the US.

If you do wish to arrange shipping to an address in the US, we recommend shipping to a friend, relative, or a forwarding company, such as https://bongous.com/ , who will then forward the package to you.
