EZ Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order! If you'd like to return your order simply email us or call us within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund.
There are No Restocking Fees! Once your return request is approved, you may ship the order back to us using any carrier you prefer (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We do not provide return labels and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Just make sure to include your RMA # in the reference field so that it will appear on the return label!
Exceptions and Clarifications:
1. Products must be returned to us in brand new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
2. We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized or special ordered.
3. Posh Club specials, Clearance, discontinued or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. PishPoshBaby reserves the right to deny a return on a heavily discounted item. We apologize but purchases made during the holiday season are not eligible for return.
Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Credits can only be refunded to the same credit card the purchase was made on. If an item was purchased as a gift, we can either refund the original credit card or an exchange can be made. Any return received by our warehouse later than 2 weeks after the return process was initiated, will be subject to a 15% late return fee.
All items are under the manufacturer's warranty. If an item arrives or becomes damaged within the warranty timeframe you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve. We are not authorized to repair or take back defective products.
