We want you to be happy with your order! If you'd like to return your order simply email us within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund, less the cost incurred when shipping your order to you.

There are No Restocking Fees! Once your return request is approved, you may ship the order back to us using any carrier you prefer (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Just make sure to include your RMA # in the reference field so that it will appear on the return label! Here are the exceptions and clarifications:



* Products must be returned to us in Brand New condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Sorry we do not take back any items once they are used.

* We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized or special ordered.


* Clearance, discontinued or sale items are not eligible for returns.
