Is your web site secure?

Shopping with your credit card with PISHPOSHBABY is guaranteed to be safe and secure.

We take extensive steps to process thousands of Internet transactions securely and safely. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for securing credit card transactions over the Internet.

This software encrypts all your personal information into an unrecognizable code that is securely transmitted from you to us. When this encrypted information reaches our secure server, we translate it back to its original form and store it safely offline and inaccessible through the Internet.

To continue our commitment to your security, every credit card processed is run through an address verification process to verify that the card is registered to the billing address on the order.

Can I order over the phone?

Absolutely! We understand it's sometimes easier to talk to a "real person " when placing an order. Call us anytime Monday thru Friday between 10:30am and 3:30pm Eastern time. Our number is: (732) 905-3716

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover as forms of payment. We are have just added paypal as a form of payment aswell.  It is our policy to not charge your card until we confirm that your order has shipped. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but it is an authorization

Online Order Status (Tracking info and more)

When you place an order with us, you will receive a link that will allow you to track that order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information (if available).

Confirmation of orders

After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get an confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email and we'll get you set up.

Tax

We are located in New Jersey, so we normally would charge tax in that state. In order to avoid penalizing our valued New Jersey customers, we have decided to pay the tax to the State on their behalf. It is perfectly legal to not collect the Sales Tax as long as we pay it to the State and that makes everybody happy!

Sorry we no longer price match other retailers.

Free shipping on all orders over $75.00.  All orders under 75.00 will pay a flat 12.95 shipping fee.  There are very few items on which we charge an additional oversize fee.
We ship to the 48 continental states.

Delivery times

 If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order, here is what you can expect?

Fedex Ground:

- If your order is placed M-F, before 3 P.M. EST, your order will usually leave our facility the same day you order it. To judge how long it will take Fedex to get your package from our facility to your doorstep, you can visit Fedex.com. We ship from the following zip code: 08701


IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days that UPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.

*We insure all packages that leave our facility. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf with UPS.

The majority of items are shipped via  UPS, but for larger items we might use specialized freight carriers.

We want you to be happy with your order! If you'd like to return your order simply email us within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund or exchange, less the cost incurred when shipping your order to you.

There are No Restocking Fees! Once your return request is approved, you may ship the order back to us using any carrier you prefer (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Just make sure to include your RMA # in the reference field so that it will appear on the return label! Here are the exceptions and clarifications:



* Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging

complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.


* We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized or special ordered.


* Clearance, discontinued or sale items are not eligible for returns.



All items are under manufacturer warranty. If an item arrives or becomes damaged withing the warranty timeframe you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve. We are not authorized to repair or take back defective products.




Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your

return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

USA

We ship to the continental 48 States. We NO LONGER ship our items to Canada.


We reserve the right to only ship if billing info is same as ship to.
